I am Dr Cristiane de la Hoz, a registered Acupuncturist with previous experience in neuroscience research at the University of Calgary. I treat my patients with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and its varied modalities: cupping, gua-sha, moxibustion and ear acupuncture. To further help balance the body and mind, I use Chinese herbs as necessary and teach Qi Gong exercises. I also provide dietary and lifestyle tips so your health can improve faster and stay in harmony longer.
I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) while doing my Master’s studies and became an assiduous patient during my PhD. TCM was a big part of helping me find balance after experiencing burnout. While finishing my post-doctorate in Neurobiology at the UofC, I lost a close family member and I entered a cycle of sadness and pain. With the help of Acupuncture, Chinese herbs and Tai Ji I was able to recover. From there my focus turned to Acupuncture and TCM. My goal became to learn as much as I could about TCM and Acupuncture, so I could help other people the same way my family and I had been helped. I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made. I am very passionate about what I do, about TCM philosophy and its techniques. TCM and acupuncture changed my life and I am very excited to have the opportunity to share the benefits they have to offer with my patients.
I love reading about TCM and practicing Tai Ji, but I also love to spend my free time dancing, having tea with my friends or going for leisure walks with my husband.

I am Harleen Kaur Warring, a registered psychologist, EMDR and couples therapist.
I am honored to do the work I do. I am appreciative of the journey I had in the last 10 years as it ultimately led me to where I am today. I struggled with my own mental health growing up, experiencing a lot of ups and downs, not understanding how to make it better. Once I began attending University, I found myself gravitating towards psychology courses with an interest in self-healing and discovery. I am now grateful for the painful experiences I went through in my life as they allowed me to first become the client seeking therapy, before becoming the therapist providing services. I have walked in shoes similar to yours, being in and out of anxiety, depression, and unmanageable stress. Therapy gave me more tools to feel empowered to live my life and find peace again. I enjoy the small things in life, like being in nature, good food, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new cities and activities like kickboxing. Now, I can tell you I am a therapist not only because I love psychology, but because I have experienced healing within myself and hope to be part of your healing too.

I am Dr. Vishavdeep Singh Warring, a Chiropractor who is dedicated to providing quality holistic care for you and your family. Holistic care encompasses an understanding, and practical experience with a variety of disciplines. I have developed this knowledge via my history as a kinesiologist, personal trainer, registered massage therapist and neurological rehabilitation specialist with spinal cord injury/stroke/brain trauma patients. Alongside working in the healthcare field as a Practitioner, I have also been a patient many times healing my body from sports related injuries.
I experienced chronic low back pain from playing basketball and sought many treatments. The solution that provided long-lasting relief came from a Chiropractor who took a holistic approach to my care. My own recovery inspired me to further pursue my training. I completed my Doctorate of Chiropractic, alongside specializations in several additional modalities which focus on addressing soft tissue injuries, rehab exercises, and neurofunctional acupuncture. I work with patients to create individualized treatment plans that address their concerns, including nutritional guidance through clinical grade supplements.
I value the importance of spending time with my family and also keeping up with my own physical training via basketball and muay thai. I love good food, going for bike rides in the city, and hiking in the mountains. I have traveled to over eight countries and enjoy exploring new cultures around the world. My passion for learning is lifelong. I continue to build upon my chiropractic knowledge with the latest research studies and seminars in innovative chiropractic methods to serve you best.
